What I liked

Once I escaped the waiting area the treatment was quick and efficient and basically excellent. I was most impressed with the service and treatment I received. Thanks very much.

What could be improved

The waiting area is really not very nice. I am not sure what to suggest to improve it as I understand it needs to be functional yet withstand a fair amount of 'abuse'. It wasn't nice though.

Anything else?

The nurse who 'was in charge of my case' was fantastic - polite, gentle, just the right amount of concern, explained things in a way I understood and sent me away feeling reassured that I had received the appropriate treatment for my injury. I am not a frequent visitor to A&E (as a patient) and was a bit scared/overwhelmed, so it was great to be treated efficiently and kindly by such a good team.

I hope not to be back there any time soon but know it'll be fine if I am.
