I was triaged immediately I walked through the door into A & E and dealt with as quickly and politely as possible. No complaints here!

What could be improved

Investment in a new and better laid out A & E

Dear Keith,

I'm pleased to hear you had a positive experience with us at Moorfields. We, too, are keen to improve the environment for staff and patients in our A&E and are currently looking at options to do so, within reasonable limits of affordability.
