What I liked

My daughter had surgery with one of the consultants and she was treated in a excpecional way. Not only by her doctor but also by all the staff from the hospital, from the technical team, the nurses to the service workers. We, the parents, we were amazed, we could never imagine that she would get such a treatment in a hospital. It was a very family place and she was not treated like a number, but as a person, with all the respect and care from everyone. We would like to leave a special thanks to her doctor that enabled her to have her life back, and for allowing her to swim again. And for thinking of her wellbeing at all times, and taking into account her special needs as a individual.

Now that we are back in Portugal my daughter says that she misses all her friends at the Charing Cross Hospital, and most of all of her doctor. Thank you all.
