About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

What I liked

my daughter had to go to ent for lack of breathing at night, the specialist i saw was very understanding and even sought a second opion for me from her collegue. the other specialist was very respectable to me and my daughter, he even interacted with her. i was informed of what could be done and was asked to think about my descision (even though i didnt need to). i was given reassurance and would like to thank all in the ent dept for their help.

What could be improved

absolutly nothing!

Thank you so much for posting these comments. I am pleased to hear that the care you had in Ear, Nose and Throat at Burton Hospitals NHS Trust was so pleasing. Like all wards at Burton Hospitals NHS Trust, the ENT team strives to provide care of the highest quality and I am sure they will be delighted to know that they achieved this for you.
