What I liked

I rang EGH today fri. 15th April and asked to be put through to the Occupational Therapy Department. The reception put me through to the Occupational Health Dept.instead. I rang the receptionist back and was trying to explain that I rang asking for the Occupational Theraopy Dept. but they cut me off and without even listening to me put me through again to Occupational Health. I rang back again but they took forever to answer the phone so I just put the phone down. I am totally disgusted at their attitude. I work for Social Services and don't appreciate the way I was treated.

What could be improved

Making your reception aware that Occupational Therapy and Occupation Health is totally different as I believe from speaking to the O.T. Dept that this hapens all of the time.

Making sure your reception listen to their callers and don't presume to know what the caller wants without even taking the time to listen.
