What I liked

I had a urodynamics (bladder pressure studies) test yesterday. All of the staff - x-ray receptionists and urodynamic team were very friendly and professional and ensured my dignity at all times.

They made me feel at ease and I had a good casual/general chat while they did the test, which kept me calm and also made me feel like an individual and part of my care.

They helped me move around and turn over as I have a spinal condition that makes this hard and also I get very stiff.

They talked to me all the way through the test which was good as I knew what they were doing and felt reassured.

They were able to give me the results straight away which was also good.

I would like to thank them and hope they see this message so they know I appreciated their care and kindness and the way they dealt with me throughout.

What could be improved

Nothing - all was very good and well carried out. A very professional team.

Thanks for your professionalism, kindness and help on the day. You made it as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend them.
