"Rude, careless and completely impersonal..."

What could be improved
The nurse was extremely rude and indifferent to my nervousness and discomfort. The nurses failed to do my bloods properly a total of 5 times, and there was no glimmer of an apology for my bleeding and bruised arms. I left feeling violated, disgusted and uncared for.
