What I liked

I liked the way all staff worked as a team.

What could be improved

I would have liked a follow up appoinment to talk about how thing's were going and to make sure all was ok. . I was rang a few days after my op and could ask any questions but feel a follow up appoinment after 4 weeks or so would have made a difference to me.

Anything else?
