"Without the exceptional care provided..."

About: Spire Little Aston Hospital

What I liked

I was absolutely terrified about having my gallbladder removed last year but staying and being treated in the hospital made the whole experience much more bearable. I was given one and one personal care and saw the same friendly face on the way up to the operating theatre and the way back down. I had the privacy of my own room and television, as well as breakfast and most importantly my own bathroom. Of the evening when I was very hot and uncomfortable, a nurse provided me with a towel filled with ice for my head, showing how exceptional and speedy the care was.

The hospital is also situated way back from the main road in lovely gardens, making it extremely peaceful. There was nothing scary about it!

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing! There is not a bad word I could say about this hospital.
