"i was not happy with my experience"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

What could be improved

Communication between staff and paytien. Member of staff was not in control of the situation , didi noit know hoq to wqork the equipment during my scan and did not explain what was happening , or even say hello or goodbye!
