What could be improved

i was going to be seen at the ENT clinic for my CT scan results, i arrived at 10.30am for my appointment at 11.00am we noticed a waiting time of 1 hour, we sat down eventually when there was an available seat. another patient to the clinic went to the desk to check in at 11.30am and the waiting time had increased to 2 hours after our hour was up i went to the check in desk and asked where i was in the que, i found out i was 10th in the que and the next person to go in their appointment was 9.30am so there was clearly a longer wait than 2 hours, they expected us to wait 4 hours in total to get my results which i thought was not acceptable due to haveing work i could not stay any longer ans walked out i arranged my next visit to be in the morning so there wasnt much of a wait.

Anything else?

the staff dont seem to be doing any work, they just seem to be stood about which makes you think why is the clinic running late with all the staff that is on, and that is because while i was there at my visit i didnt see a single one move from the nursing station.
