What I liked

Very impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the doctor at the Whitechapel walk in center of Royal London Hostpital. Called NHS after hours becuase my baby daughter had fever followed by rashes and was worried it could be meningitis. The doctor called and patiently assesed the situation and shared with me his thoughts, he then suggested I bring the baby down for him to assess if I'm still worried. This doctor is the kind of doctor who is able to immediately connect with patients and make them feel comfortable. I am most impressed with his willingness to explain to patients what is going on, his views, advice and sharing of his experiences. He is a shining example of his profession. A great asset to NHS.
