"A very positive ongoing experience"

What I liked

We are all very quick to complain about the failings of the NHS service but not so quick to say when we have had a positive experience. I have been attending the Blood Test clinic of Finchley Memorial for over a year and I have consistently received excllent service. When I phone to make the appt I am always greeted professionally and politely. Upon arrival, normally at 7am I am treated courteously by the kind and understanding receptionists who go out of their way to be helpful even when challenged by rude and aggressive patients. The phlebotomists are experienced, professional and kind and so far I have not received any major bruising which has not been the case when I have had to go privately to other clinics. So thank you to all!
