What I liked

I was very nervous about coming into hospital for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. The NHS team (absolutely everyone, receptionists, healthcare assistants, nurses and consultants) pulled together as a team and I felt I was looked after by everyone. It was also a big reassurance I was listened to by the consultants. All of this as a result, made me feel comfortable, looked after and generally a lot better about the hospital procedure. If anyone reading this has to undergo this procedure and is worried, the NHS staff at the John Radcliffe will look after you and answer any questions - do not be worried!! It was because of the guenuine kind and caring nature of the staff I felt looked after and reassured.

What could be improved

A shorter waiting time. I was waiting an hour after my appointment time (even though it was very early) which made me a little more nervous.
