What I liked

All hospitals have some excellent staff working within them but King Georges - Elm Ward - provides first class support for both patients and their families. Nothing is too much trouble and they really seem to enjoy their jobs. Everyone is a team player and this makes such a difference to the whole experience. My husband had already been treated over a four week period in two other hospitals prior to being transferred to King George's and so he and I had experienced differing levels of care from excellent to down write rude. Patients fear going into a new environment they lose their confidence but this ward deserves top marks for their nursing support and genuine consistently happy atmosphere created by them all.
