What I liked

I was treated in the Surgical outpatients by the surgeon and his nurse.

The whole experience was first class from my, the patients point of view. These people are professionals who know their business but take the time to care for and explain to a crotchy old age pensioner exactly what is going on.

My care and treatment could not have been better.

I shall probably stop my private health insurance because, how could they have done it better? Given me a cup of tea? Which I did not need.
