What could be improved

What could have been improved....wrong wording, what should have been improved is that the Hospital should providing Accessible Services to Deaf People, there are no BSL Signers! Tut tut....Equality Act in force, so therefore the hospital should have provide some BSL signers....without fail! at a level of stage 2 for the influent visitors.
