"I am reli disappointed and upset with..."

What I liked

My sister had her baby at city hospital , we phone the labour ward they told us to come in ,so we did the nurse was so rude and loud she didn't reassure my sister as her pain was reli bad she just told her to cope with the pain in triage while waiting for a bed ,she didn't give any pain relief an juz left us waiting alone ,I had to go up to her an keep on informing the nurse we had to wait 1 hour for a bed my sister was left unassisted without any nurse or pain relief she finally got a bed but had to walk to it while in agony and just being onli 2min in the delivery room gave birth . She could of gave birth in the corridor . All the staff are rude at the maternity I would never recommend this hospital ...

What could be improved

The staff attitude and stop ignoring the women in pain while in labour they needaone on one nurse not bein left alone in triage the staff need to sort out their attitude an behaviour towards the patient .

Anything else?

I wold nor recommend this hospital .
