What I liked
Everyone from the lady on the reception desk to the consultant were polite, cheerful and very proficient. The care I received from all staff was excellent and I am glad that I had my operation at your hospital.
What could be improved
Waiting time prior to the actual surgery was very lengthy. I was advised to arrive at 1300 and was not taken through until well after 1500.
