What I liked

This was my second visit to the hospital and I can only say that, on both visits, I was impressed with the service I received; from reception staff through to the staff who treated me.

What could be improved

Whilst this is no fault of the hospital itself, on both occasions I arrived at my destination 45 minutes before my appointment time but, on both occasions, I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes late owing to the fact I could not find a car parking space. Unfortunately, due to my journey I had no option but to travel by car.

Anything else?

I must commend the dentist and nurse who treated me today. I have an irrational fear of dentists but force myself to go regularly. When I was recommended by my own dentist to take up an appointment at this hospital I was very scared. My treatment today was outstanding. Time was taken, not only to explain the procedure thoroughly, but also, throughout the treatment, I was constantly reassured and made to feel at ease. I am returning for the second part of the treatment and I will have no fears whatsoever thanks to the care that was taken today.

We are sorry to hear of the difficulty you experienced in finding a car parking space, we are aware of the difficulties around car park, and where possible encourage patients to find alternative methods of transportation, however we appreciate this wasnt an option for you this time.
