What I liked

i had a minor operation here in Nov 2010, from the moment i walked in to the day case unit i was put at ease, everyone was so friendly all through the op (i was awake) everyone in theatre were friendly helpful and made me less panicky, i have experiences with a lot of other departments in the hospital especially children's ward and ent and i can not thank them enough for all the hard work and the fantastic care my son has recieved over the last 3 years, i will be forever grateful

What could be improved

Nothing it all run very smoothly
