The staff had no care or respect for me, asked several times for my curtains to be closed, in the A&E dept so I could have a wee, the staff did not answer my buzzer for ages, then a HCA came and half closed them, I asked him to fully close them, he stated the staff need to keep an eye on me in case? So much for a right for a private pee!

I had hurt my arm in a fall! I was not a danger to anyone or myself, just wanted to use the loo! However it would seam Cheltenham General do not allow the right to dignity. Just because it was a Friday afternoon, should not allow the staff to treat you like a cabbage!
