What I liked

The staff were clearly very knowledgeable and able to put me at ease at a very frightening time.

Everyone worked as one team, and clearly had the patients best interests at heart.

The MRSA procedures were very thorough, which put my mind at ease too.

Thank you very much for your comments we are glad you were satisfied with your care in our A&E department and the MRSA procedures that we have in place. The prevention and control of infection is our highest priority and keeping our numbers of MRSA cases down is vital to the quality of care that our patients receive and their confidence in us.
