What I liked

i am commenting on my partners behalf the accident and emergency was very helpfull but when my partner was referred to an eye specialist and was then told at 9.30 after being there a few hours they wouldnt be in till twelve and she refused to answer the phone because she didnt want to be bothered and i know it was mothers day but this still no reason be acting this way really isnt acceptable, i always thought that patients came first in nhs care i am not very happy with the care my other half recived.
