What I liked
the staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful.
the food was good and I had the best chicken pie I had ever tasted.
the consultant was friendly not like some I have met in the past who were treated like tin gods and were stand-offish.
What could be improved
better bathroom facilities - the wc and shower were in the same room.
