What I liked
I was seen on New Year's Eve and expected a long wait but was in a consultation room within 20mins. Following an initial assessment, the nurse was able to get an appointment for me to have surgery at East Grinstead the next day so no waiting around. Everyone was very polite and put me at ease.
What could be improved
Nothing.
"Easy!"
