What I liked

Can't speak highly enough of the staff in the minor injuries unit. The nurse practitioners saw patients promptly, explained the processes clearly and made appropriate referrals/treatments.

What could be improved

Would have been useful to have someone on reception - the phone line wasn't always answered (the person in front of me called several times to try to get through to register his details)
