What I liked

Due to a severe condition i've had to attend the A&E of Bristol Royal Infirmary more times than I can count and have always been treated amazingly well. The usual long waits at times but that's the same for any city centre A&E. The doctors always treated me with respect, the nurses and even the receptionists are all lovely, the standard of care was amazing and overall the hospital and it's staff are amazing! Thankyou BRI!
