"my mother is left with no confidence in..."

my mother went to a&e with a pin sticking out from her elbow replacement.it looked as if it was ready to puncture the skin from the inside out ,was bruised and extremely painful.She had it xrayed,had two lots of blood taken and then had to wait five hours in total to be told she was being sent home,arm in a sling,Pin still sticking out.and just to wait for her outpatients appointment in eleven days time.I am embarrased to say that i work at the cumberland infirmary and it upsets me to say she has now got no confidence in them whatsoever.
