What I liked

I attend the blood clinic fairly regularly. The staff are great and very good at what they do so although the waiting areas are slightly grubby and shabby, and the treatment area is cramped, it feels fine.

What could be improved

However, the last few times I have visited I have had to wait about 2 hours because of the number of people waiting to be seen. It's madness, they desperately need more staff. If all the GPs are now sending people to Homerton to have blood taken then there needs to be mre resources put into the blood clinic to cope with it.
