What I liked

I was very nervous and concerned about the procedure. The nurse allocated to me kept me calm and answered all my questions. Everything was explained to me clearly and simply. The nurse stayed with me throughout the procedure and afterwards. It was reassuring to have continuity of care. The nurse was very calm and professional througout.

The doctor dealing with me was calm, professional and explained everything clearly to me every step of the way.

The ward was extremely clean. It was a mixed ward but care was taken to protect one's privacy.

Even the gown suppled was clean, comfortable and fitted!!

Thumbs up to Lymington hospital. You made what could have been a very frightening experience a comfortable one.
