"i would not let my son back to this..."

What I liked

nothink i was traveling up and down from liverpool to the hospital to see my son for the past 2 days ,and when i arrived today with my husband and daughter and son we were told to leave because there was to many of us round the bed .i continued to explain to the nurse that was giveing the tablets out that we have come from liverpool to see our son in which she reply you will have to leave because there is to many of you and there was only 4 of us i then asked the nurse if my son was having his operation today because i needed to know as i took time of work myself ,in which she replyed we dont no we have to wait for a doctor so i asked could she pliz find out for me cos i need to know what was happing to my son and he also wonted to know .i have never seen anythink like this and i worked in a hospital and am sorry but i am discusted

What could be improved

more communication between the staff and myself and my son who was the patient , and when asking to speak to a doctor there was none .
