What I liked

The reatment I received in the dermatoloy department yesterday (15th Mrch) was excellent. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The doctor and the nursing assistant made me feel completely at ease. Although a little gloomy, the waiting area was adequate with a supply of drinking water available.

What could be improved

The front entrance to the BRI is very dismal. Hopefully this will improve when the alterations are complete. The journey from the front entrance to the dermatology department is a challenge!
