What could be improved

They should respond to customer complains as I had a wrong CT scan. When I complained about it they did nothing, not even received an apology. They ignored the issue so much so that they did not even pursue the payment for the scan. I have tried to communicate but no one would do anything about it. I would encourage them to come forward, accept their mistake and claim their money.
