What I liked

Having had to cancel an earlier appointment in February 2011, due to work commitments, I was pleased to be offered an alternative appointment in early March 2011.

What could be improved

Having arrived a good half an hour early for an appointment, I was asked to wait in the waiting room with several other people. I was not bothered by the fact people who arrived aftter me were not having to wait too long...... as I was early....

At no time was it explained that the clinic was running late.

After waiting an hour, half an hour after my appointment time, I asked a member of staff what position I was in the 'queue'. I was informed I would be seen within 20 minutes.

having only paid for 2 hours parking, and only taken a half day off work to attend a hospital appointment at 11.10am, I could not wait after 11.45am, and left the waiting room.

As was talking to the receptionist, I was called in to see the consultant, at 11.50am, unfortunatly I had to leave, as my car park ticket was due to expire at midday, and I had to return to work for the afternoon.
