What I liked

I liked the fact that I felt that the staff and surgeons cared about me and my welfare and I feel that this is very important for swift recovery. It is very important when you are submitting yourself to a procedure under general anaesthetic that you feel confident that you are not just a 'number' on a spreadsheet. The Warwick hospital staff and surgeons do this very well.

What could be improved

Always it will be information given upon arrival and expectation of waiting times. This is more for the follow-up than the surgery itself, which went smoothly and pretty much on-time.

Anything else?

Only to commend the consultant and his staff for being kind, attentive and professional throughout.
