"Very happy with the nursing and medical..."

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

What I liked

I was admitted suffering from Pneumonia and treated initially for one/two? nights in the Emergency Assessment Unit, I was then transferred to ward six. I cannot praise the staff, doctors, nurses and ancilliary staff on both wards enough. They were diligent, caring and totally committed 24/7. I was poorly and they cared for me expertly through my ten days or so as a patient.

They were also very kind to my family and explained procedures and care very well and with great patience.

Top marks to them all - I am now at home resting and recovering well from a 'testing' time.

Many thanks to each and very one who looked after me.

What could be improved

It was all fine

Anything else?

I will write to the hospital direct and thank them for their care and attention.

They kept me going throughout a very difficult time.
