"Good service and level of care"

What I liked

The care and understanding from the nurses on the unit and the visit from the consultant before having the proceedure.

What could be improved

I was asked to attend at 11am and to arrive half an hour before. I waited almost an hour to go on the ward and then a further hour and half before the tests.

Anything else?

I like the report that I went home with confirming what was found and done etc.
