What I liked

All the staff that dealt with me were friendly, polite and clearly good at their job. One Doctor in particular was outstanding, by far the best Doctor I've ever dealt with, their bedside manner was excellent and they were very friendly and kind. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience.

What could be improved

When cleaning the room, the cleaner cleaned all the bins then the table tops, rather than tables, then bin or using separate cloths, hygiene problem.

Thanks very much for your comments. Pleased to hear that our staff were friendly, polite and kind. Regarding the cleaner, we will make sure the cleaning supervisor is made aware and that action is taken.
