What I liked

I had to go for an MRI in February. Although I was a little nervous, the staff-from reception through to the actual scan itself, were friendly and chatty which made me feel much more comfortable. The hospital was clean and very welcome. I was amazed when the nurse apologised for the delay in advance-this courtesy was lovely...and then the delay was only 3-4 minutes anyway.

What could be improved

The cafe area was very expensive....almost £10 for 2 hot chocs, a scone and a sausage roll!

Whilst we have recently marginally raised our catering prices to cover the rising costs of produce and the increase in VAT, we still believe our catering service offers a value for money, friendly, high quality service.
