What I liked

I attended A&E for a suspected thumb fracture. I was seen promptly, dealt with efficiently, and received excellent treatment. I'd especially like to commend one member of staff, who was the doctor who attended me. When I made a faster than expected recovery, I was able to bring forward my second appointment very easily, and was very impressed with all aspects of the treatment and service that I received.
