What could be improved

staff could be trained on putting pads on properly ;staff could be trained about peg feeds so they DONT get blocked ;staff could get trained on medication so that it is not lost and found in a cupboard in next room i could go on in other words no training is given or not used

Anything else?

it is the worse place to be in hospital but when you have to leave your dad who can not communicate because of a stroke and know he is not being looked after it is heart breaking
