What I liked

I was admitted to A&E after a road traffic accident. From start to finish, in what was obviously traumatic circumstances, the staff struck a good balance between professionalism and warmth. I was treated quickly, x rays completed and further investigations dealt with care, swift medical attention and consideration. It is not often we hear of positive comments about public services, however from the ambulance drivers to the nursing staff, doctors and consultants I recieved good quality, professional, attentive care and service.
