What I liked

This was on the occasion of having back injections

General atmosphere very pleasant and staff helpful and polite at all times

Apart from my comment in the box below I am quite happy with the service provided.

What could be improved

It could have been improved by not having all the patients there for the same e g 2 pm.

It appears that whatever time you arrive, other patients with a name nearer the beginning of the alphabet are seen first.

The last time I arrived at 1 45 pm and was the last but one to be called for the afternoon session,. despite the fact that I was the first one there, and wasn`t able to be collected until 6 00 pm

This has happened on every occasion but i have never before filled in a survey
