What I liked

Disgusting treatment of patients and relatives. Staff are like robots when it comes to emotion or comon sense but as for efficiencey... I wish that was like a robot. Nothing good to say what so ever.

What could be improved

Information of proceedures and what might go wrong (and probably will at New Cross), some sort of after care would be nice or in fact a contact detail of the ward you need rather than everyone being shoved off to A&E.

Anything else?

I can't believe our NI is paying for this shambles of a hospital.
