I would like to take this time to thank you for your feedback regarding the treatment you received when you attended for an out patient appointment here at Stepping Hill Hospital. It is always greatly appreciated when a patient takes the time to pass on their positive feedback about the care they have received and furthermore it is lovely to hear that your consultant was very helpful and you felt nothing could be improved from this visit.
