What I liked

I was impressed with the swiftness and kind way my treatment was given. I suffered a serious heart attack and was immediately taken to the CATH lab where two stents were inserted followed 3 days later by a further 2 stents, The staff were reassuring and made sure that I was given pain relief. Explanations and reassurance was given during the procedure. On admission to the ward the nursing staff were efficient, kind and put me at ease immediately.

What could be improved

Nothing, the whole experience was handled with sensitivity and the doctors and nurses were just amazing,

Anything else?

The CCU was spotlessly clean, all the staff, consultants, registrars, senior nursing staff, nurses and domicilliary staff were so kind and helpful.

The only downside is the parking which is horrendous.
