I’ve suffered from dizziness for over 2 years. I was seen by a specialist consultant who referred me to a neuro vestibular rehabilitation Physio. I did not have much confidence in it but I was assessed by Gillian Lomas who put me through month by month eye exercises, balance exercises and a walking programme. She was always on time and showed dedication to here job. She explained and showed me every exercise I had to do.
Gillian reassured me that any problems I have I can get in touch with her which is reassuring.
