"My life story"

About: Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust / Addiction services

(as the patient),

Been in children's homes from the age of eleven started smoking cannabis at eleven about thirteen started sniffing solvents for couple of years then at fifteen started on smack. Whilst I have been on drugs, I have begged borrowed and stolen. Now I'm twenty-five, still on smack and ninety mls of methadone. Ten quick years have passed recently start to change lifestyle with the help of my worker Reece at clear ways in Rotherham.

Hi Giro,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know what you think of the service. It is good to hear that Clearways have been of help.

I shall pass on your message to the manager of Clearways so that he can be aware of the posting.

Best Wishes for your future,

Nick
