"Rude nurse at Great Western Hospital"

I was made to feel like a was a six year old school boy being told off for wasting the nurses time.

The level of service provided was poor for the following reasons.

1. The nurse was more interested in criticising me for being registered to a doctor outside of Swindon, than in making me feel comfortable.

2. She did not provide me with any information about what was going to happen in terms of diagnosis.

3. She was very partronising. I do not appreciate being called a "nana" for coming to find out what a lump i had been very concerned about was.

4. General rudeness: She made very little eye contact; she spent most of her time looking at a screen and concluding the consultation by saying 'you're welcome'. This was particularly rude as she had forgotten to give me some gloves which she had told me I was supposed to be getting!
